Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after order confirmation and are shipped via Mylerz and customer can check the tracking when logged in to their account. If you prefer delivery within 1 day, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to city of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched with special care to make our customers so happy when receiving.

Parcels are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

you can return or exchange your order within 14 days unworn in original condition, with labels & tags on it. you have to send us an e-mail or contact us on https://my.wwellz.com/en/contact-us within 1 day from receiving the order to file for a return & accordingly we will send the courier to pick up the shipment and send it back to our warehouse to check it.

if the returned order is ok according to our return policy, customer have 2 options to get their money back without the shipping fees through one of 2 options:

1- Credit balance on customer Wwellz Wallet.

2- Transfer back on customer instapay or bank account.
